Humanagement GmbH and the Humanagement Training Institute are legally independent organizations, which are co-contractors with our customers, organize consulting projects and trainings, and manage marketing, business and program development as well as the qualification of all consultants and management trainers.

Humanagement conceptualizes itself as an innovative consulting company. We offer our clients more than “old news”. As a division of the Humanagement GmbH, the Humanagement Academy pursues methodological research and developments and publishes all fundamental results.

Our consultants and management trainers are specialists in their area of expertise. They are experts who, aside from their professional skills, use their social and systemic competencies in their project work.
