Being at the center of the Humanagement Group, Humanagement GmbH is in charge of directing the development of all Humanagement companies. Consulting renowned clients is but one of the many activities Humanagement GmbH pursues:
- Provide entrepreneurial assistance for all Humanagement Companies and further their expansion.
- Allocate services concerned with marketing and infrastructure for all Humanagement Companies.
- Coordinate the academic work of the Humanagement Academy.
- Expand Humanagement's pool of trainers and consultants and qualify all members.
- Initiate social projects under the umbrella of FinV (website available in German only).
Company History
Humanagement GmbH was founded in 1990 by Karin Fourier and Stefan Fourier, Ph.D. Initially, the company focused on the field of quality management.
In the latter half of the 1990s, Humanagement GmbH spearheaded extensive methodical development (Humanagement SystemCoaching), which resulted in a re-positioning of the company as a specialist for the development of social systems. Simultaneously, Humanagement GmbH laid the didactic foundation for its very effective MultiLevel-Training.
Under the label Edition Humanagement, Humanagement has released numerous publications since 1998.
In 2000, the Humanagement Academy was founded to integrate Humanagement's efforts in research and development.
Three years later, the company moved to Hannover.
The Humanagement Training Institute was spun off in 2008.
