With its Training Institute Humanagement “outsourced” in a very special way. For several years, Beate Wiemann headed the training department of Humanagement GmbH before she decided to go into business for herself in 2007. Supported by Humanagement GmbH, she founded the Humanagement Training Institute where she continues teaching Humanagement's successful methods and programs.
